Relationship between Knowledge Management Activities and Export Performance of SMEs Exporting Technical and Engineering Service

Given the pace of change and the complexity of the business environment, knowledge has become a key resource as an asset for competitive advantage is. In this space, companies exporting technical and engineering services are capable of implementing knowledge management activities.Technical services and engineering companies in the human capital assets of the company, knowledge and intellectual capital of them.So the importance of knowledge and knowledge management in the company to maintain and improve existing knowledge and knowledge of the competitive environment and to use it in these companies, is considered a competitive advantage.The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management activities and export performance due to dynamic capabilities, knowledge management and innovation performance of companies exporting technical and engineering services. Statistical research, the company is exporting technical and engineering services in Tehran, of which 151 companies were selected as a relative category. And using structural equations model (SEM) software and SPSS, Lisrel hypotheses were tested. For data collection Standard questionnaire was used. The results show that the knowledge management practices and Knowledge Management Dynamic Capabilities There is a significant and positive correlation of export performance, as well as knowledge management activities affect the performance of innovation that will facilitate export performance
