The relationship between moral intelligence and organizational trust

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to study the relationship between moral intelligence and organizational trust. Research method was descriptive and correlational, and statistic society includes the managers and staff of education in behshahr city. The sampling procedure has been done using a simple random method. In order to gather the data standard questionnaires moral intelligence and organizational trust were used. For data analysis was used from spss 16 software. To test the hypotheses was used Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The results show that there is a significant relationship between moral intelligence and organizational trust. There is also a significant relationship between moral intelligence and components of organizational trust (lateral trust, vertical trust, and institution trust). Results of regression analysis showed that responsibility, forgiveness and honesty components predict organizational trust.
