Mutual influences political behavior and professional ethics and organizational commitment (Case Study Bushehr Municipality)

Means treating a person's political behavior visible when looking for your goals are. The political practices in the field of management as political strategies, tactics of penetration, political tactics and political maneuvers are also defined. Because few studies have been conducted in this area; the aim of this study was to investigate the role of political behavior in mediating role of organizational commitment and professional ethics. The population of this study municipal employees and managers Bushehr (1,600) that 310 persons were selected based on Morgan table. After gathering information through questionnaires were analyzed. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and content validity it is enjoying the views of professors and experts in the field were confirmed. The AMOS structural equation model and research hypotheses with the help of software fitted surveys were analyzed. The results show that the political behavior of managers with professional ethics, organizational commitment has a positive effect. And at the end of the mediating role of professional ethics in the relationship between political behavior and organizational commitment was confirmed.
