Design and validation tool to assess the two sides can in organizational management

The aim of this study was developing a tool to assess an organization's strategy ambidexterity. To achieve this goal a sample of 173 students of the faculty (academic rank of associate professor with the above) from the University of North Khorasan province in the 94-95 school years were selected using stratified. In this study, the analysis of data from exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by academic experts. To assess the validity, convergent and divergent validity of the two criteria were used. The results of factor loadings statements of each factor indicated, all items have cause more than 0.4 times the average variance extracted over 0.5, thus confirming convergent validity of the variables. In addition, the square root of the average variance extracted values showed the highest value indicating the validity of the variables. Combining the reliability and validity of the questionnaire for all variables showed high levels of 0.7. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the factors and components of fitness are acceptable And are consistent with the underlying structures. And finally the design of the questionnaire as a valid and reliable instrument can step in to facilitate research in the evaluation of the organization in Iranian organizations is double.
