The study of relation between service quality and personnel contact method with customers satisfaction in Bandar Abbas police stations

The purpose of this article is to study the relation between service quality and personnel contact method with clientage satisfaction in Bandar abas police stations. In this research the effect of factors such as tangibility, trustworthiness, responsiveness, reliability, congeniality, speed, honesty, accuracy, exactness and clarity on clientage were studied. This research from aim point of view is applicatory and from nature point of view and method is correlative. The statistics population of this research is clientages of all aforementioned police stations which have more than 100000 persons in 1393. From aforementioned statistics population based on karjeci and Morgan, a sample of 384 persons were determined which by stratified random sampling and by appropriate ration method the share of each police station and its relevant clientages were specified. The tools of data collection were three standardized questionnaires. The results of research indicated that between service quality and personnel contact method (and its constituents) with clientages satisfaction there is a positive and meaningful relationship. The research experientially indicated that the factor of reliability with coefficient of 57% has the most effect on clientage satisfaction and factor of tangibility with %.08 has the less effect.
