Abstract:
In this research the causes of quality management stagnation in certain police stations were studied which already have received rankings but their rankings have declined. This research from aim point of view is applicatory and from method point of view is descriptive which metric method is used. The statistics population of this research is all police stations in province A which has requested to take part in quality management festival in 1393.The research statistics sample consisted of police stations chiefs, quality management officers and police station department's chiefs. Data collection tool is questionnaire which was implemented in the field. Its reliability confirmed by alpha Cronbach %.891. Research results indicated that from statistical point of view the organization efficacy before and after quality management was different. Efficacy after quality management has improved. But the individuals view about quality management implementation are not the same so this heterogeneity of targets and viewpoints have resulted in downturn of their rankings.
