One hundred and seventy paraffin blocks histologically diagnosed as pleomorphic adenoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, and mucoepidermoid carcinoma were selected from the archives of the pathology department of Loghman hospital, Tehran, Iran and then cut and stained using the standard AgNOR method.
