Identification of Employability Capabilities Graduates of Universities based on Grounded Theory

Abstract:
Objective
This study aimed to investigate and identify the capabilities of the employability of the graduates of the universities and higher education institutions.
Research
Method
The research method used in this study is based on qualitative research method and grounded theory. Statistical population of the study was graduates of master and the sampling method used is purposive sampling and needed information gathered through semi-structured interviews of 21 graduates and analized by content analysis method.
Findings: The central phenomenon was employability, results showed that employability is multi-faceted conception that has a set of factors, conditions, features, and capabilities and In today's world, if graduates do not equip with the employability skills to find employment don’t success.
Conclusion
The turning point of the study compared with previous studies identifying employability capabilities, as well as factors, circumstances, contexts and strategies to strengthen it and attention and focus it requires a systematic approach and is looking to play a role in reducing unemployment graduates.
