Analysis of the effect of transformational leadership in innovative behavior and entrepreneurial development to create study organizational competence

Abstract:
These days, managing big, complicated and advanced organizations is a demanding task which highly depends on the leader's efforts and endeavors that can inspire and stimulate their personnel to create innovative behaviors, by their charisma and comprehensive vista. The aim of the present study is to define and elaborate the effect of transformational leadership in innovative behavior and entrepreneurial development for establishing steady organizational competencies. This applied research was done on 230 staff of social security organization in KHoram Abad. 144 were selected via Cochran to reach a valid number of samples. To validate the hypo theses. Amos and structural equation modeling were employed. The findings have revealed that transformational leadership can positively and meaningfully affect innovative behavior and entrepreneurial development for creating steady organizational competence. Therefore, it can be concluded that organization, by employing transformational leadership, can provide the context of in native behaviors and entrepreneurial developments.
