Structural Equation of Desirable Cultural Diplomacy to Increase the Soft power of Islamic Republic of Iran

This article is a scientific attempt to achieve a desired structural equation to increase the soft power of IRI cultural diplomacy, a target that is seeking by examining the role of cultural diplomacy in national power, especially soft power of the Iran Islamic Republic of Iran. The main question of this paper is that "What are the components of the structural equation of Islamic Republic of Iran cultural diplomacy and what is the share of each of them" with The Researches main hypothesis that "optimal model of Islamic Republic of Iran cultural diplomacy and national power (especially soft power) is included all effective and appropriate measures of the Iran’s Islamic Republic cultural diplomacy and soft power". In this study, to do this, we survived 70 effective elements of the cultural diplomacy and 60 effective elements of the national power of the Islamic Republic of Iran, selected by Delphi method. With the help of experts in the field of foreign policy and evaluation of ranking and prioritizing them we recognized the share of the pair Variables in desired condition. In order to achieve the desired pattern and elegant model of cultural diplomacy and soft power of the Iran Islamic Republic SPSS software and LISREL factor analysis of the indices of two variables are used and most of the indicators were identified and desired structural equation in desired condition were determined and was drown. The correlations between the variables shows that in order to achieve and maintain and develop the main factors of soft power, the Islamic Republic of Iran needs cultural diplomacy characterized by favorable model and includes 5 main factors.
