Socio-Economic and Workplace Factors Related to Health Workers Job Satisfaction in Golestan Province

Abstract:
Background And Aim
Job satisfaction is the beneficial sentiment that person will be achieved after doing the job. Identifying the effective factors on job satisfaction can plays a significant role in outcome, organizational productivity and one's life. The purpose of this study was to determine socioeconomic and job factors related to job satisfaction of health workers in Golestan province
Methods
In this cross-sectional study, 1141 health workers participated in the study. The data was collected by a questionnaire, whose validity and reliability was confirmed, and analyzed by SPSS software using Multinomial Logistic Regression in significant level 0.05.

Due to the low number of the health workers who were satisfied with their jobs, more attention to the health worker revenue, facilities and working environment can improve job satisfaction.
