The study of relationship between happiness and managers power of risk taking with creativity elementary manager's schools of Shahindezh city in 2014-2015

The aim of the present research was to investigate the relationship between happiness and managers power of risk taking with creativity elementary managers’ schools of Shahindezh city in 2014- 2015. The number of samples was 85 people and the total number using Kergesy and Morgan was 70 selected randomly. Data was collected using three question aires of occupational creativity, Agril and Hilz happiness feeling and yourself understanding risk-taking and its reliability of happiness/ managers, risk-taking and creativity was estimated respectively 797%, 714% and 838%. To analyze the collected data, Pearson's test was used and the research results showed that there's significant relationship between happiness and its indicators (self – concept life satisfaction – emotional readiness aesthetic feeling- efficacy and hope fullness) and shahindezh primary school managers risk taking. There is significant relationship between happiness and its indicators (self concept life- satisfaction – emotional readiness – aesthetic feeling – efficaicy – hope fullness) and powers of risk taking with shahindezh primary schools manager's creativity.
