The civil rights in view of Imam Khomeini

Despite the short history of civil rights in Iran and according to the conditions of society at the beginning of the revolution, the civil rights have been serious problem and concern at the sight of Imam Khomeini and the instances of them have been emphasized by his practical and theoretical way.we can find attention to civil rights and privacy of individuals in his sayings by investigation in the works of Imam Khomeini especially Sahife of the Imam . Also, Eight-point command of Imam Khomeini in 1361 must be understood as the first message of human rights after the Islamic Revolution. This message covers all aspects of human dignity. Because of this , this message is alive and need to analyze and practice after more than three decades. A directive that is for all the leaders and officials of institutions and organizations and it has a strong emphasis and comprehensive for rule of law and preserve the constitution and civil rights and privacy.
