The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the perspective of good governance

Subject of study is exploring the characteristics of good governance in the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Accordingly, first, we review characteristics of a good society, based on the book “ reviving democracy: citizens at the heart of governance” by using primary sources and analytical and description method ; Then were determined layers of good society, finaly ,the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran analyzes based on that. The results showed that the needs of people in all three layers has been significant in the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
