Jurisprudence and legal study of trafficking of women

Abstract:
The phenomenon of human trafficking is a feature of the present century that unfortunately with regard to role of the network and virtual world has been increased in recent years. When women are the main issue(for the purpose of sexual exploitation) , this problem will be more troubling. This article wants to analyze this social problem from the perspective of jurisprudence and law, finally, it will compare the two approaches in this issue.
