Establishment of Farmer's Organizations: The Strategy for Institutionalization and Social Pariticiption Development in Agricultural Sector

Social and political participation is the process of role-playing of social system members in order to determine their own destiny and impact on the governmental decisions. This subject and its relevance with rural and agricultural development, particularly in Iran, has been less studied and explored. In this paper, the necessity of civil society formation and the public sphere as components of the political development and establishment of the farmer's organization as a strategy for sustainable rural development and agriculture sector has been clarified. This organization beyond of exist formation, as kind of civil Institution is prerequisite for the favorable social and economic changes in the agricultural sector. Organizing Farmers voluntarily, establish the social pluralistic and Partnership-based system. Finally the institutionalization process indexes and stability in farmer's organization has been explained.
