Pathology of mobilization's public relation and awareness

This article aims to study the suffering and awarenes's barriers of mobilization from the view of Iran's mobilization public relation's deputies and managers and it's causes, in order to overcome these obstacles, a small step to enhance this critical position, so, we review concepts of public relations and mobilization such as approaches, tasks and relevant theories. Due to the limited number of statistics, the total population of 34 current and former deputies and managers of public relations of mobilization's provincial capitals across the country were asked and by questionnaire technique, the required information is collected and the classification and categorization of software spss been processed, and finally analyzed. The findings of these cases can be cited: although senior managers believe in the ability of public relations; however, training facilities do not provide them with necessary and sufficient; Thus, inadequate funding, lack of manpower (both qualitative and quantitative) are the barriers; also, "the equivalent of a two-way pattern" among other patterns of public relations, has been introduced the most appropriate paradigm for public relations of mobilization that is based on ethics and understanding of the Community participation, equal role in the organization and active audience and the audience is treated and hardened.Undoubtedly, the public relations of mobilization incompliance with this model, while maintaining and improving its dynamics, has significant development to recruitment the public opinion.
