Factors affecting the excellent environmentbusiness

This study aimed to” investigate the factors affecting the excellent environment business”In MasjedSoleiman Oil and Gas Exploitation Company. The present research method based on applied purpose and in terms of collecting data is a descriptive study and in respect of relationship between variables is a causal one and is based on constructional equations modeling. Population of the study, 574 employees were Masjed Soleiman Oil and Gas Exploitation Company Using simple random sampling method 227 persons were chosen Cochran. And through a standardized questionnaire validity and reliability was calculated. Then, using statistical software rabies and alpha error of 0.5 in all hypotheses were put to the test that all hypotheses were confirmed and the factors influencing an excellent environment were identified. Finally, the application was submitted.
