A Comparative review on and syntactic views between Ibn Malek and Ibn al-Nazem by relying on the alfye, Ibn Malek, and Ibn al-Nazem on its explanation

Abstract:
The comparison between the views of Ibne Malek, in Alfye, and his son, Ibn al-Nazem, in Sharh Ibn al-Nazem ‘ala alfiye Ibn Malek, is one of the most important morphological and grammatical issues in the Arabic grammer. Alfye (ÃáÝیÉ ÇÈäãÇá˜) is an educational poetry in Arabic grammar that has been versed by Ibne Malek in the 13th century. At least 43 explanations have been written on this work. Sharh Ibne al-Nazem ‘ala alfiyem Ibn Malek is considered one of the best commentaries which has been written on Alfye, because the author of this commentary was the son of the Ibne Malek. Ibne al-Nazem, the son of Ibne Malek, was one of the most Arab prominent grammarians who have learned Arabic grammar straightly from his father. So this thesis seeks to compare the views of Ibn Malek, in Alfye, and his son, Ibne al-Nazem, in Saharh Ibn al-Nazem ‘ala Alfye Ibn Malek. It is necessary to mention that one of the purposes of writing this thesis is to facilitate the way for understanding the ancient Arabic texts and the Holy Quran and Hadith. It should be also noted that the approach taken in this thesis is the analytical approach.
