Model Effect Delegate Management on Empowerment and Improve the Effectiveness of Human Capital in Sport Organizations

The purpose of this study was model effect delegate management on empowerment and improves the effectiveness of human capital in Sport Organizations. The study was descriptive and correlation. The population of this study to all sports organizations managers of Isfahan province was 450 population sizes. According to Cohen's formula (2000) considered a sample size of 207 patients who were selected randomly from the population. Data from the questionnaires principles of effective delegation Industrial Society (1996), empowering employees Espinzer (1995), and organizational effectiveness Hsu (2002), the reliability (α=0.96, 0.84, 0.86) using the content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, inferential and structural equation modeling was used. Provide a path analysis model, the relationship between delegation and empowerment, and enhancing the effectiveness of human capital is the favorable sports organizations. Also, a regression model based on the relationship between the authority and effectiveness of the component choices and decisions, as well as the relationship between empowerment and decision-making component is significant. In general, as the senior managers of sports organizations with the right options to fit and provide favorable conditions for the various opportunities to decide, Feel the effect of and confidence increase in staff.
