A Review of Function and Influence of Fadaiyan-e Islam and Mutalefe Islami Jameeat on Islamic Revolution of Iran

Islamic Revolution of Iran was the outcome of various currents with their own impacts. The two main cases, in this regard were Fadaiyan-e Islam and Mutalefe Islami Societies, having role from the year 1324 (1945) up to the victory of Islamic Revolution. In this article, the performance and the impact of the above currents on Iranian political and social spectrums specially the Islamic Revolution is examined. Fadayian-e-Islam and Mutalefe Islami had direct and indirect effects on the Islamic Revolution and they had used both hard and soft ways to achieve their goals. Although most of Fadayian’s actions were hard, Mutalefe Islami prefer to act in a way that was soft-natured and derived from Imam Khomeyni’s leadership. In this paper, authors seek to review reflections and effects of the so-called groups on the socio-political situation through studying their set of actions in the history of Iranian political developments, which has already been summarized in this abstract.
