Content analysis Development plans of the Islamic Republic of Iran (third and fourth plans) based on developmental theories derived from the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini

Whil the original of the Islamic Repvolation and founder of the Imam khomeini estabilishment of Islamic law based on the teachings and especially in the economic dimension. But survys development programs designed and developed in the Islamic Repuplic shows that designers and drafters of this program(third and fourth) with input from the dominant patterns of the neoclassical model and regardless of the situation in society and with the front knowing the distribution of growth particularly in the fourth development plan the options have been pushing for growth. Because they believe the government`s economic growth and its continuation solved the problem of unemployment and poverty and justice also takes place automically.unfortunately the prevailing atittude in the planing system an atittude that the opposite view is the founder of the Islamic Revolusion. While at imam development ‘justice is a espicia place. Also from beliveing and thir human deprives and oppresst every effort must be made to eliminate oppression focus otherwise fruitless efforts and unfinished.
In this study using content analisis method the five- year development plan(schedulelll and lV)using development theory derived from the viowpoint of imam khomeini described above.
