Framework for Identifying Talented People to Choose Better Organization in Milad Hospital

Findings: The findings showed a significant relationship between three components: capture, assessment and development. There was no significant relationship between the components of retain talent and work organizational choice.
Background
Talent management is defined as a system for identifying, hiring, training, promotion and maintenance of susceptible staff; that its aim is organizational optimization to achieve business goals. The main purpose of our study was to develop a framework to identify prone people to institutional selectivity in Milad Hospital.Materials And Methods
The target population was consisted of 30 supervisors mid-Milad Hospital in Tehran. The sample size was gained based on the statistical population and stratified sampling (n=30). In this study, research design was field survey and data were collected using a standard questionnaire for the assessment of the organization's talent management system using to Likert scale of five options. One-sample t test was used to analyze the data.Findings: The findings showed a significant relationship between three components: capture, assessment and development. There was no significant relationship between the components of retain talent and work organizational choice.
Conclusions
Innovative and creative human resources are leading to business excellence and sustainable competitive advantage and profitability. The consequence of identifying, hiring, training, promotion and maintenance susceptible staff; is optimization organization that its leading to achieve business goals.Keywords:
