Framework for Identifying Talented People to Choose Better Organization in Milad Hospital

Aim and Talent management is defined as a system for identifying, hiring, training, promotion and maintenance of susceptible staff; that its aim is organizational optimization to achieve business goals. The main purpose of our study was to develop a framework to identify prone people to institutional selectivity in Milad Hospital.
The target population was consisted of 30 supervisors mid-Milad Hospital in Tehran. The sample size was gained based on the statistical population and stratified sampling (n=30). In this study, research design was field survey and data were collected using a standard questionnaire for the assessment of the organization's talent management system using to Likert scale of five options. One-sample t test was used to analyze the data.
Findings: The findings showed a significant relationship between three components: capture, assessment and development. There was no significant relationship between the components of retain talent and work organizational choice.
