Cultural Development of Higher Education is Solution for Optimal Management of Universities

Aim and Culture and organizational culture in higher education is very important. Higher education can lead to the development of infrastructure and social structures in all dimensions. Also it can facilitate protecting to the achievements and ideals of the Islamic Revolution. The aim of this study was to cultural development of higher education for optimal management of universities.
The need to identify and understand the culture of universities in the country and scientific understanding of the elements of campus culture were identified. A careful study of the cultural elements can lead to quality and adjustment or correction different expectations of academic.
