Meet the publication of Fame (Look at the book of publishing Fame collection)

Research on Publication are of neglected research eras in Iran. Most of the early practitioners in publication and excellence in this industry have not documented their experiences. The lack of a comprehensive university education in publishing is another significant shortcomings. Hence, the publication in Iran and especially oral history publication of Iranian, especially publication of books, has many data to offer. Because of shortcomings, some researchers, in last two decades, have been done few studies often in the form of oral history. Collection of Fame of Iran Publication is one of the most recent study on this issue, in the form of Brief monographs, offer to reader the cultural, social, political and familial context of Fame Publishing in Iran and their practices in publishing and printing, distribution and sale of books. Thus, this series is new documented source for the history books in Iran. Evaluation of strengths and weaknesses reveals what problem happened in this kind of research. Providing first-hand and revealing hidden data, as well as dealing with the intricacies of the publishing profession, are the strengths of the collection, which could be strengthened in the next editions. But, less attention to the editing issues is one of remarkable shortcomings which is necessary to be solved in continuation of the series.
