The relationship between Faith and Good Deed

Faith and righteousness to believe in Allah are the two scale measures and ascending paths towards attaining perfection, happiness and nearness to God. Academic studies indicate that these two elements are highly interdependent and the one is incomplete and meaningless without the other. This paper deals with these two main components, which are the main bases for nearness to God. The authors have tried to analyze and study the relationship between faith and good deed inspired by the verses and narrations from the perspective of infallible Imams (p.b.u.t). Studying the dimensions of the subject will lead to this result that faith and good deed in the way of getting closer to God and nearness to God plays an important role and the it’s reflection of the presence of these two elements in this matter is very impressive and effective.
