Performance Evaluation of Ansar Bank Branches based on Balanced Scorecard Approach and ANP-VIKOR Methods

The aim of this study to provide a model to evaluate the performance of Ansar bank branches in Qom and based on the balanced scorecard and MCDM methods. In this study, the researcher believes that the assessment of bank branches based solely on financial measures such as profit or loss and cannot use resources and accurate result and a good result. In this study by using of expert's opinion, criteria were identified. In this study paired comparisons between agents and using network analysis process, the weight of these criteria were determined. In addition VIKOR technique as a new method of multi-criteria decision-making to rank the Ansar bank branches in Qom province has been introduced. Based on the results of this study, Amin Branch has the best performance and Masomieh and central branches were in second and third ranking.
