THE INFLUENCES OF OCCASION OF REVELATION AS TO THE LEGAL INTERPRETIVE INFERENCES OF MARRIAGE VERSES

The study and survey of effect of occasion of revelation in Quranic verses concerning the legal inferences as to a particular subject, regarded as one of the effective researches about occasion of revelation and jurisprudence. The evaluation of this research related to the marriage has different effects regarding the legal inferences.
In this article, the author seeks to evaluate the effects of occasion of revelation concerning of legal inferences in the field of marriage verses.
Occasion of revelation may determine the extentions of general injunctions of the Quranic verses.
The most important effects of occasion of revelation regarding the legal inferences includes the following:Comprehension of suitability among the extant injunctions in the Quranic verses, explanation of reasons, wisdom of the divine injunctions in the verses, explanation of ambiguous expressions and terms in the verses, and confining or limitation of the verse meaning to a certain time or particular people, etc.
One of the most important results of the research is that the majority of Sunnit scholars are consensus with shite ones, in the present topic regarding the influences of occasion of revelation on legal issues. This research is accomplished based on the comparatively analysis of Sunnites and Shiites’ sources and into the library studying.
