Holy Qoran and presenting an independent rationality

Does Holy Quran present an independently rationality? Or the contents of this book is not enough in order to establish a comprehensive and independently rationality without the need for human findings? This is the main question of this article. At first expressed the views of those who believe that Holy Quran never presented an independent rationality. It is showed that their main reasons for this claim are two hypotheses: Historicity of the Quran, and Differentiate between the Quran and its written form. Then expressed the views of those who believe that Holy Quran presenting and independent rationality and tried to represent different interpretations about Qurans independent rationality. Finally explained two different theories about the relationship between theoretical and practical rationality in Quran: the continuum theory and the gap theory about the problem of “ is ” and “ ought ”.
