Management and Identify the Source of Control over the Type of Student Creativity

Aim and
Findings: The results showed a significant positive relationship between the internal control source and Fluid dimension of creativity and so between the external control source and dimension of creative flexibility. Also, there is a significant positive relationship between the internal control source and fluid dimension of creativity in the female low semester students and humanities disciplines. Also, there is a significant positive relationship between the external control source and dimension of creative flexibility in the male high semester students and humanities disciplines.
Background
Creativity and innovation, prerequisite and precursor to the development of an organization and the community and educational organizations responsible is obvious and the role of managers is undeniable. Creative managers are able to find for various solutions problems, they are lively, curious and flexible and Play an important role in the dynamics, development and renewal of their organizations. This study aimed to identify dimensions of creativity and impact the internal and external control sources on student creativity.Materials And Methods
In this descriptive-survey study, the Population was consisted all of the students in the Isfahan Farhangian University that 19-23 years old students were selected using cluster sampling method. (195 persons) The reliability coefficient of the tools gained for control source standard questioner as 90% and for creativity test standard questioner as 76% using Kronbach's alpha. Research design was field survey and by considering the aim of study and subject matter was used descriptive correlation using a questionnaire. SPSS was used as software.Findings: The results showed a significant positive relationship between the internal control source and Fluid dimension of creativity and so between the external control source and dimension of creative flexibility. Also, there is a significant positive relationship between the internal control source and fluid dimension of creativity in the female low semester students and humanities disciplines. Also, there is a significant positive relationship between the external control source and dimension of creative flexibility in the male high semester students and humanities disciplines.
Conclusions
Due to the lack of students internal control source, especially in high semester of university, is too important attention to this source as one of the factors in the development and growth of creativity in universities.Keywords:
