Relationship between General Health and family environment conflict with citizen sense of public security

Security is considered as a basic human need and motivations So that the deterioration of security destroys the comfort of human beings and leads to growth of concern, anxiety and unrest. Understanding the factors that create a sense of security is the essential precondition programs for promotion of sense of public security. The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between general health and family environment conflict with citizens' sense of public security. This research method is descriptive one of the type correlation. Statistic seciety of this study includes all citizens over 18 years of Sari in which 305 citizens were selected through multi-stage cluster sampling method based on Morgan and Krejcie randomization table and completed the scales of general health, family environment conflict and sense of public security. The finding shows that there is a positive correlation between general health and sense of public security and also negative correlation between family environment conflict and sense of public security. Also, multiple regression analysis shows that there is a multiple correlation between general health and family environment conflict with sense of public security. This research shows that psychological factors such as general health and family environment conflict play an important role in sense of public security of citizens. So that by raising general health and reduceing family environment conflict, sense of public security among citizens increases.
