New and renewable energies position in creating viable cities, case study Tehran city

In the Tehran city due to the wide migration of the village to the city, the focus of the light and heavy industry, the changing in pattern of consumption and exogenous growth, the physical development of the city for destruction of gardens and agricultural land, incompatible uses, no municipal sewage suitable and landfill sites and most importantly, sound and environmental pollution create heterogeneous urban growth and the rapid growth of urban population and this subject cause the Tehran city from a sustainable city to unsustainable city. In this article the most important factors of a habitable city have been investigated. As a way to reach a sustainable city the most important problem in Tehran has been identified. Applied-descriptive research method was used and library resources, field studies and document review was used for collecting information. After collecting initial factors the weighted factors that were weighed less were removed by using SPSS software then checking the relationship between the criteria for a living city by using the AMOS software and the most important factor in creating Tehran unsustainability has been identified by using the ANP model. Then, the research route was aimed at dealing with this phenomenon, namely, air pollution. By using econometric models has been proposed the use of renewable and clean energy. For the correctness of the materials, an econometric model was used to analyze the relationship between the cost of research and development of energy by emissions carbon dioxide per capita during the years 1383-1393 for the four countries of Iran, Turkey, Germany and Italy. According to conducting the Fisher-Lime test And Hasman test, it became clear with increase the research and development of clean energy per capita reduce the amount of pollutants in Tehran and make Tehran sustainable.
