Explanation of organizational health based on professional eithics of male primary school teachers in tehran

Abstract:
The present research studies the relationship between teacher’s professional ethics and organizational health in public primary schools of boys in Tehran. The method of the research is the practical purpose and data collection, descriptive from correlation type. The statistic population consisted of all public primary schools teachers in of boys in Tehran, 1393-94. According to the latest statistics, there are 7848 (consisting of 6984 women and 864 men). 366 peoples were selected for Kukran sample making formula. Sampling method in this study is multistage cluster sampling. Hoy and Feldman (1987) was used for data collection in professional ethics and organizational health questionnaire. To validate the questionnaire, was use content and construct validity. reliability was estimated through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient on Pilot study (professional ethics "0/94" and organizational health"0/88") too. Information obtained in this research using descriptive statistics(Frequency, percentage, charting, table editing and Standard deviation ) and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient, one sample t test,) Using software spss 22 and lisrel8.8 were analyzed The results showed: Professional ethics components of teachers to explain ability organizational health in public primary schools of boys in Tehran respectively. all the components of professional ethics aspects, except for justice component were above average research hypotheses. Organizational health In all dimensions except institutional coherence, resources support and manager influence components were above average research hypotheses. There is a significant and positive relationship between the professional ethics of teachers and organizational health.
