Capital Structure and Financial Crisis Relationship

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between capital structure and financial crisis in the listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2009 to 2014. The library research method is used to collect the theoretical background in the study. Data in this study is extracted from financial statements and the corresponding notes. This research in terms of the objective is a practical research and is correlational research in terms of context. The results of data analysis show that financial crisis has a positive significant effect on companies’ capital structure
