A Comparative Study of the Status of the Quality of Service System in the Islamic Azad University Branches of Fars Province in order to Provide a Model

The present study aims to comparatively study the status of service quality system in Islamic Azad universities of Fars province in order to present a model. The research method is descriptive survey. The statistical population includes academic experts, managers and staff as well as clients of academic units. Employing targeted sampling method, 30 experts are selected, 415 managers and staff and 464 clients are selected through random stratified sampling. Data collection tools include a researcher-made questionnaire on the evolution of quality, quality requirements, quality attitudes and dimensions of service quality that was developed after studying the theoretical foundations and the research background and its validity and reliability is estimated and approved. For data analysis, one-sample t-test and Structural Equation Modeling have been used with AMOS software. The results show that the status of quality requirements (M = 3.57), the status of the evolution of service quality (M = 3.09), the status of quality attitudes (M = 3.40), and the status of dimensions of service quality (M = 3.19) are in a relatively favorable range. According to the model's fitness indices, the results show that the factor analysis model has a suitable fit for the question. In other words, considering goodness of fitness indices, this model can be described as a quality model in Islamic Azad universities in Fars province.
