The relationship between organizational culture and transformational leadership in the administration of prisons in Iran

This research aims to determine the relationship between the four types of organizational culture (hierarchy, market, and especially the tribal-dominated) and transformational leadership in the administration of prisons in the Gulf.
Data from the questionnaire measure of organizational culture and leadership aspects of multi-agent and distributed between leaders and followers. The population of this study consisted of all directors and employees of the Bureau of Prisons Gulf.
The results show that the dominant culture is hierarchical culture from the perspective of leaders and followers. Also know their leaders transformational leaders transformational leadership and followers have a job to do.
The results of the Pearson correlation coefficient indicates that the types of organizational culture and leadership, transformational leadership, there is a significant positive correlation, While the members of this relationship is positive and significant.
The results of multiple regression impression that the leaders and the followers of the order of hierarchy, market, especially the tribal-dominated and have the greatest impact on transformational leadership. Thus each of the four types of transformational leadership is impressive.
