Identification and Prioritization of the Factors Effecting on Establishment Knowledge Management (KM) and its Relationship to Competitive Advantage and Organizational Performance

The present study with the aim Identification and Prioritization of the Factors Effecting on Establishment Knowledge Management (KM) and its relationship to competitive advantage and organizational performance in NIGTC – ZONE 1. The statistical population of this study is composed of all bachelor staff to up with at least 5 years work. Whose number is equal to 300. Which according to Morgan’s table, the sample size is 169, which were selected by random sampling method and questionnaires were distributed among them. Questionnaire reliability was confirmed by combinational test methods and a Cronbach's alpha test. Questionnaire validity was confirmed in terms of content validity, diagnostic validity, construct validity and convergent validity. The Shapiro–Wilk test was conducted in order to test the normality of the variables and, structural equation modeling and was conducted in order to test the hypotheses. Results showed among the factors affecting on implementation knowledge management with competitive advantage and organizational performance have a significant relationship. Also, among the factors affecting on implementation knowledge managementº human resources, strategy and objectives, organizational culture, organizational structure and infrastructure had the greatest impact on competitive advantage. And among the factors affecting on implementation knowledge management ºInfrastructure, human resources, strategy and objectives, organizational culture and organizational structure, had the greatest impact on organizational performance. Also, among the factors competitive advantage of the time, cost, flexibility greatest impact on organizational performance. Among the factors affecting on implementation knowledge management, human resources, infrastructure, strategy and objectives, organizational culture and organizational structure were ranked .
