The effect of morning exercise on the educational advancement of girl students, at first, second and third grade of elementary school

Abstract:
The aim of this present study is to investigate the effect of morning exercise on the advancement of girl students at first, second and third grade of elementary school.
The statistical society of this research includes 3204 students of girlelementary schools of Marvdasht town through academic year of 93-94. By using Morgan sample volume determination table, 390 students were selected samples were randomly in to two groups: 193 for control and 197 for experimental group at first, a pre-test was taken from math, Persian, science and Koran books. Then, for & week five days and 15-20 minutes each day, before entering the classes, students exercised. After this period, groups were give a post test of above lessons to analyze data, "U man Vitni" test was used to do so, 22 version of SPS statistic software was used. Results showed that morning exercise increases the average grades of experimental group compared to control group. So it can be concluded that morning exercise has a positive effect and concentration and happiness of students and brings them more advancement.
