The measuring Justice in Nahjolbalaghe

Today, the measuring criminal policy is considered as a new method in reduction and control of delinquency, a model in which the risk of crime commitment has been measured, evaluated and managed. It is while that studying advices and decrees included in Nahjolbalagheh show that 14 centuries ago, this new concept of criminal science had been paid attention by Imam Ali. In present paper, criteria of measuring risk of crime and its management have been studied from view of Imam Ali using attributive method and content analysis. Results suggest that the risk of crime commitment can be managed by following advices of Imam Ali in his sermons, letters and words of Nahjolbalagheh via identifying situations having risk of delinquency, immunizing criminal targets and risky regions, reinforcing, controlling, visualizing and increasing costs of crime commitment through increasing possibility of arresting the offender.
