Investigating Of Terrorism Conceptual Evolutions Metamorphism In International Law

Terrorism is not a new and modern phenomenon, but is one of the most complex issues which have been in various kinds since the emersion of governments and has had many victims. But during the years this phenomenon with the terms of international system, have been some evolutions in the shape and methods of implementations. Somehow this phenomenon from the beginning, before the 2nd worldly war and till the earlier of 20th century, mostly had been included in killing of the opponents, but during the time, they tended to common violence and harsh by using of different weapons to the varieties of silence and private weapons but more frightening with the high influence of spiritual and mental effects, and since the earlier of the 90s it got into the conceptual evolution which called as a ``metamorphism terrorism``. This evolution was mainly because of developed global technology and improving of information and increasing of fly distances, private global economics, developing and creating of organized international networks and dimensions of using of figurative systems and computers. This paper is investigating and studying of how terrorism evolution concept in three dimensions: uncontrollable terrorism, organized terrorism and globalization terrorism in international law and is going to affirm this hypothesis which its last concept is passing from 20th century to 21st century, from international terrorism to global metamorphism terrorism and its cause is a wide metamorphism in expansion of technology and globalization terrorism. The research method of this paper is attributive study and content analysis.
