Hamas under pressure to change; Statement, Strategy, Tactic

After 30 years since the establishment, and experiencing 11 years of governing over Gaza Strip, Hamas, has published a new document in 1 May 2017, consist of an introduction, 42 articles, and 12 titles, by which it has presented a new discourse suggesting new strategies. This new document has six more articles comparing to one published in 1988. This document is interpreted as a constitution law for Hamas and cannot be considered as a plan or initiative. A document which brought messages to foe and friend, within or outside of the Palestine borders.
Fighting in the front line, it is certain that Hamas has adopted a resistance approach against usurper Zionist Regime In recent decades, and any kind of action on behalf of Hamas would affect on Palestine equations, within or outside of its borders, and could encourage active regional actors to react.
It took two years to codify this new document, according to Khaled Mashaal; rigorous attention has been paid in selecting words, articles, and titles, showing the consensus of Hamas leaders and its institutions within or outside of Palestine. This document faced various responses in different circles. Having a brief study of the recent document, it is interpreted that it suggests a quite Political – Legal discourse in relative to first covenant which presented an ideological discourse; of course, the recent one looks more strategic. Considering the importance of the topic, it is tried to investigate this document through various aspects, its release reasons and its implications, hence one can illustrate its dark and bright points more precisely.
