Our approach here is political theology and we have used rational and narrative method. This article will result that the basis of legitimacy of power, according to Shiite traditional theologians, is divine and people have no role in legitimizing Imams and his deputys government. But it does not reject the role of people in other aspects of government, and people participate in politics by preparing the preconditions of their government and its actualization.
