Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual leadership and perceived organizational justice based mediation of organizational climate is. The study population included all the high school teachers of Firuz Abad city and sample consists of 60 of these were teachers that Using Morgan and through random sampling of the population, were selected. Research tools spiritual leadership questionnaire Fry et al, questionnaire of organizational climate Susman and Deep and organizational justice questionnaire Niehoff and Moorman respectively Cronbach's alpha coefficient. /86, /89 and. /87 and the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. The main results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between spiritual leadership and perceived organizational justice and the coefficients of the causal pathways between the three structures showed the direct impact and indirect impact of spiritual leadership on perceived organizational justice teachers. The overall index shows a good fit of the model presented by the data. Stepwise regression analysis showed that Membership and organizational commitment variables the multiple correlations with Predicted are teacher's perceived organizational justice. Results of independent t-test for gender and ANOVA on variables such as age, education and work experience about perceived organizational justice showed that there was no significant difference between the view of teachers in the ./05.
