Abstract:
Due to increase the variable energy supply resources, importance of environmental issues, limited electricity, fuel supplies for remote rural areas and etc., the importance of using renewable energy sources such as hydropower, wind energy, solar energy, thermal energy and etc., considered more than before. In this study with considered load variation and increasing fuel price, we proposed a hybrid system to generate electricity for a rural remote area, kharvan south khorasan, Iran. In order to achieve this goal by Homer simulation software, we analyzed economical dimensions by the optimal combination of power plants such as diesel, photovoltaic, wind power and energy storage in different electrical load and fuel price with sensitive analysis and calculate the payback period. The reduction of environmental pollution is another issue that has a direct relationship with higher solar and wind power using level. Finally It should be noted that renewable resources usage priority hardly depends on locational climate potential.
