The meta-analysis of the job satisfaction surveys of NAJA staff

Abstract:
Introduction
There is a lot of research on the job satisfaction of NAJA staff, each of them looking at the one component, while there is a kind of dispersal in the research. Therefore, one of the current methods for using the results and comparing the research and thus having a comprehensive overview is use of the meta-analysis method.
Method
The present study is applied and developed according to its method. The statistical population of this study consists of 61 designs, theses and articles related to job satisfaction of NAJA staff (researches in the comprehensive research information system and articles in the Naja periodicals system). For sampling from the community, a targeted sampling method was used. Data collection is a library and data analysis method based on CMA2 software. And from the funnel graph and linear regression method, if the correlation between rank and binary, and N-Secure and Error-free, are used to investigate the emission error, and with the Q-test, the heterogeneity of the studies is discussed.
Findings
The results show that the highest frequency of research (43.59%) is related to Tehran province. The total sample size of 39 studies is 8889 people with an average of 228 people per study. According to the data collected from the research, 129 variables were identified from a total of 39 selected studies, of which 78 variables were related to age, sex, education, occupation, income level, nature of work, supervisors' characteristics and ... the highest The effect size (0.91) was related to the leadership variables and the amount of received salary and the least effect size (0.01) was related to the service life variable. The results showed that among the variables such as age, gender, education, occupation, income, nature of work, the nature of supervisors, etc., which are related to job satisfaction, the highest percentage (19%) is related to the variables of job characteristics and the lowest percentage Frequency (2%) is related to the gender variable.
Conclusion
According to the results of the research, it can be concluded that job satisfaction among employees is affected by the behavior of managers with employees, job factors such as internal motivation, job significance, work autonomy, and finally giving timely feedback among staff, commitment high organizational, emphasis on organizational citizenship behavior, service history and more.
