Designing a Model of Quantum's Leadership in Organizations

Quantum leadership is a style of leadership that seeks to increase trust, security, dynamic communication, learning and to reduce vertical communications and to increase horizontal communications in the organization .The aime of this study is to design a model for quantum leadership in organizations. This research is applied and descriptive survey. The society is experts of Lorestan universities who 30 members of them were selected using purposful sampling. Questionnaire has been used for data gathering which its validity was confirmed by content validity. The results show that for creating quantum leadership style, leaders and managers should develop quantum perspective and ability for purposeful looking. In this regard they should change their style and way of thinking coincide with the quantum thinking and this led to quantum intuitive and quantum knowing. In this way, leaders and managers will be able to create trust among their employees. Through developing creative and intuitive thinking, the quantum acting would be flourished in the organizations. The main consequence of quantum acting is quantum being, leader-follower interaction, followers and staff development through self-organization and ultimately creation of innovative, numerate and accurate organization.
