Abstract:
The main purpose of this research was to study the effect of participative leadership on perceived job security with considering Mediating role of psychological healthy workplace. The study was correlational and population included all employees of the Isfahan Irik steel company (working there, in winter 1394). Of which, 160 people were selected through convenience sampling method. Research instruments consisted of Participative Leadership Questionnaire by Nemaei (2012), Psychological Healthy Workplace Questionnaire by Mehdad (2011) and Perceived Job Security Questionnaire by Fransis & Barling (2005). Data were analyzed with use of Structural Equation Model (SEM) and result revealed that there is significant direct effect of participative leadership on psychological healthy workplace, psychological healthy workplace on perceived job insecurity and participative leadership on perceived job insecurity (p
