Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to consider the relationship between Islamic lifestyle and job adjustment with social health of first grade high school teachers in Zahedan city. This research was descriptive-correlational. The population of this study included all teachers from the first high school of Zahedan city that of this population 230 teacher were selected using stratified random sampling method, and completed Islamic lifestyle, Job Adjustment and Social Health Questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis (entry method) statistical methods via SPSS-21 statistical software. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Islamic lifestyle, job adjustment, and social health, and also, regression analysis showed that Islamic lifestyle and job adjustment variables predict social health. Therefore, this results show the importance of Islamic lifestyle in job performance and improving social status.
