The Methodology of Allamah Amini in His Criticism of Salafism

Allamah Amini's method in his criticisms of Salafism paves the reasonable and correct way to challenge Salafist movements providing the researchers with successful patterns of criticism. Viewing the diversity of the audiences, methods of criticism would vary from one group of people to another. Due to Allamah Amini's profound knowledge in Salafism and good skills in his methods of criticism and disputes, the authors have gone to hunt and restudy Amini's methods in his works. Those methods are: the criticism of contents and forms, knowing intentions, academic contempt and belittling, the rejection of accusations and ascriptions, raising questions and objections, the two edged blade i.e. placing the opponent on the horns of a dilemma, asking for a proof, counter-argument or antistrophon, and all-sided criticism.
