Clarifying and clarifying, activating presidential responsibilities in the implementation of citizenship rights, institutionalizing citizenship rights in the community, civil society organizations and nongovernmental organizations, establishing a precise control system and reforming the prosecution of cases and proceedings will remove barriers to citizenship rights.
